Lois Kathleen Fox, 81, of Rogers, Ark., passed away Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, in Heritage Park Nursing Center, Rogers, Ark. She was born Oct. 15, 1928, in Waseca, Minn., the daughter of Clarence and Amy Ada (Ruddick) Roney. She was united in marriage to Cleo Blankinship, and to this union three children were born. He preceded her in death as well as her other two husbands, Ralph Rainwater and William Fox. Others preceding her in death were her parents, four brothers and one sister...
