Artherton shoots 165 at state
Cassville junior Kaleb Artherton enjoyed his first state golf championship experience last week, shooting a 165 over two days at Sedalia Country Club to finish in 63rd place among 96 competitors.

Hosting the Class 3, District 3 Tournament on its home course on Thursday gave Cassville’s boys golf team a familiar setting, but Coach Clayton Bagby said the Wildcats could never fully settle into a rhythm.
