Soroptimist Club donates to 8 local organizations
The Soroptimist Club of Barry County has announced the club has awarded $5,000 in grant money through the annual Dreams in Action grant program. Grant recipients included: Pregnancy Care Center, Dress A Girl, Barry County Youth Camp, Community Care Coalition, Cassville Middle School Backpack Program, Cassville School District Success Program, Lives Under Construction Boys Ranch and Life Change. The Dreams in Action grant is available for non-profit organizations (501c3 status) that make a positive impact on the lives of women and children in Barry County.
