I ventured just outside of Barry County this weekend to test out the lake water in Baxter. On the way, I drove past this church on Highway H in Stone County and my fish eye caught its sign.

The Cassville girls golf season is underway, with retired Coach Jay Rogers returning to the links to help the program continue to grow. Rogers retired from education at the end of the 20232024 school year, but when the opportunity arose to continue as girls golf coach, there was only one answer.

The Cassville cross country teams went to Seneca on Thursday to compete in a large field of runners. The middle school boys, led by race winner Dade Zajac, were the champions of their division, and the middle school girls were runners- up.
