Area businesses cut ribbons
The Cassville Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Dyno Rock LLC as one of its newest members with a ribbon cutting ceremony held on April 23. Community members, Chamber representatives and guests gathered to celebrate the business and officially welcome them to the Cassville business community. Dyno Rock LLC offers a variety of bulk landscaping materials for projects of all sizes, helping homeowners and contractors with their outdoor and landscaping needs. National Nursing Home Week celebrated
Pam Hall has recently joined the team at Cassville Healthcare and Rehab as the new Administrator of the facility, which celebrated National Nursing Home Week May 11-15 with residents, families and staff. This year’s theme as an “International Cruise” to bring fun, laughter and engagement to residents throughout the week. Residents received passports, participated in themed activities, enjoyed daily “Captains Announcements,” and traveled the world through music, decorations, food and fellowship.“

A total of six Southwest School staffers retired last week at an end-of-the-year ceremony hosted by Superintendent Tosha Tilford.
