Royalty named for county fair (06/17/10)
Royalty was crowned on Saturday for the Barry County Fair. Five contestants competed for little princess, princess and queen before a panel of judges at Gizmo's Event Center in Wheaton. Rodeo action returns (06/17/10)
Rodeo action will once again return to the Bill Hailey Arena in Cassville this weekend. The action-packed show, which is sponsored by the Cassville Rotary Club, will begin at 8 p.m. each night. Fresh off a second place finish at the Ozarks Baseball Classic in Harrison, Ark., the Irwin-Easley Post 118 club returned home to sweep an American Legion doubleheader from Neosho on Tuesday June 8, 11-4 and 5-1.
