Cassville trio qualify for XC state
The Cassville boys and girls cross country teams will send three of their members to the 50th MSHSAA Cross Country Championships on Saturday. At the district race in Plato, junior Kayli Anderson finished 18th in 22:30, and senior Jadyn Williams was 20th in 22:34.

7 streets set for resurfacing
The city of Cassville’s contractor, Emory Sapp & Sons, is expected to begin street resurfacing work this week in the city. Street improvements will be made to: • Billy Drive • Carole Street • 14th Street from Fair to Park • Park Avenue from 14th to 13th • Fair Street from 12th to 10th • 10th Street from Fair to Harold • 11th Street from Fair to Mill On each street, milling machines, asphalt pavers and other machinery will restrict driveway access for short periods and cause intermittent lane closures.
