Rescheduled Rotary Rodeo rides into town
Rescheduled due to a heavy windstorm six days before the original dates, the Cassville Rotary Rodeo is returning for its 84th installment. The Cassville Rotary Club and Cassville FFA Booster Club have teamed up once again to bring two nights of action-packed rodeo fun to Bill Hailey Arena Friday and Saturday, starting at 7 p.m.

200 students participate in ‘See You at the Pole’ prayer gathering
Nearly 200 students combined at Cassville Middle School and Cassville High School participated in the annual See You at the Pole event at the district on Sept. 25 prior to the start of classes. See You at the Pole is a global day of student prayer annually on the fourth Wednesday in September. The event, which began in 1990 with just 10 students, is a prayer rally at the flagpole to lift up friends, families, teachers, school and nation to God. It is initiated, organized and led by students.
