The Cassville High School Golf program has made a donation of nearly $500 to the Cassville Food Pantry. CHS golfers earned the money at the “charity hole” during the team’s annual golf tournament that was held on April 30. “I’m grateful to work with these kids who willingly gave up part of their weekend to help others,” said Jay Rogers, Cassville head golf coach. “Thanks to the generosity of so many participants in our tournament, we were able to make the largest contribution we’ve ever made.” From left: Andrew Gray, Ean Pryor, Rogers, Chaney Cox, Janet Mills with the food pantry and Avery Chappell.
