Anna Mae Viney, 91, of Purdy, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at her home.

She was born Nov. 26, 1930, in Butterfield, the daughter of Roy and Lola (Brown) Bradley. On Nov. 21, 1973, in Miami, Okla., she was united in marriage to Bill Viney, who preceded her in death on July 23, 1993. Also preceding her in death were her parents and two sisters, Wilma Buchannan and Mary Lynn Tucker.

Survivors include: two daughters, Anita Ruark of Purdy, and Reta Hooten of Purdy; three grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

She grew up and attended school in Butterfield. She was a member of Gunter Methodist Church in Butterfield.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, June 3, at Gunter Methodist Church in Butterfield, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Rev. Jerry Nickle conducted the services. Burial was at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Butterfield.
