Pet of the Week

Meet Lola, the Haven of the Ozarks Pet of the Week. She is currently living in a foster home due to the extreme heat, which has provided an opportunity to learn how she does in a home. According other foster owners, “Lola wants nothing more than to be a member of a loving family. She is very smart, mannerly, content to sleep in a crate, is fully housebroken, and gets along fine with both dogs and cats. She even likes horses. She has a very exuberant play drive, but is also super mellow and loves to sleep in the [air conditioner]. This lovely girl is just a real gem.” Lola is about five years old and weighs 50 pounds. For more information, call 417-835-3647 or meet her at the Haven, open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day of the week. Contributed photo
