The Cassville school district will host a Community Viewing Event on March 5 at 6 p.m. at the FEMA Event Center, showing the documentary “Childhood 2.0: The Living Experiment.” The documentary aims to educate parents, guardians and community members about the inherent challenges and dangers of the digital world.

Royal sweethearts crowned

CENTER: Senior couple Brendyn Paulsen, right, and Brooklynn Slye were named Homecoming King and Queen on Jan. 30, and Paulsen took the moment to plant a kiss on his girlfriend, just like his father did to his mother when they were crowned King and Queen in 2002.

Marjorie Ellen Rhoden Hull, 102, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away January 16, 2024, in Jacksonville. She was born September 7, 1921, in Walnut Grove on the Butler Farm, Carroll County, Arkansas to the late John Sherman Sr.
