Foulke wins close race for BC judge (08/05/10)
Barry County has a new judge following Tuesday's primary election. Robert Foulke won the race for Barry County Associate Circuit Court Judge Division II on the Republican ticket. Foulke defeated Cordelia Herrin in a very close race. Foulke earned 51.97 percent of the vote (2,525) to Herrin's 48.03 percent (2,334). The primary produced a 27.7 percent turnout with 5,732 of Barry County's 20,691 registered voters braving temperatures in the 100s to make the trip to the polls...
