Meet Maverik! This handsome black and tan beagle/ bloodhound mix needs a home. Maverik is great with children, loves any toy that squeaks, is a great car rider and is accustomed to a leash. He is still young and could benefit from some training, but he does know the commands down, sit and stay. He gets excited to see people and is very loving.

Lulu and her brother, O.J. (Odin), were abandoned in the country, but fortunately, they were found by a nice human. They are blackmouth cur mixes, date of birth March 4. They are good with dogs, cats and children. They are crate trained and love to play in the water. They would love to find a loving home and have a short stay in the shelter.

Beverly and her sister, Fay, were abandoned on a country road. They are both Dachshund/Mixed Breed (Small). Fay is black and Beverly is brown. They are both very friendly girls. Gin has been at the shelter for over 400 days. Her estimated date of birth is May 15, 2022, and she’s a black and brown Rottweiler. Gin and Tonic are sisters who were found and brought to us as strays.

Aledo is one of 8 pups found dumped on the road. He is a black lab mix born on April 17. These pups deserve a great family. They will be fixed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and ready to go home with a new owner on July 17.

Topanga is a fantastic young lady with a lot of manners and eyes that say she adores everyone. She is a lab mix. She is good with other dogs and super friendly to everyone. Lacey is an adorable and fun mixed-breed pup. She likes to play and get the attention of humans. She is good with other dogs and kids. Her date of birth is Jan. 19. She is white with brown and black on her face. Lacey will be fixed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and ready to go home with her new family on July 3. Half-price adoptions continue through the month of June.

Eleanor needs a human hero! She is very sweet and gentle and does great with other dogs. She is possibly a lab/ pit mix. She is black and white with some brown on her face, and the white patch above her nose is just the cutest. Her date of birth is estimated as Jan. 15, 2024.

Mayo is just the sweetest girl. She came in covered with ticks and was starving. She is now thriving and learning that people aren’t as scary as she first thought. In fact, hugs and cuddles are her favorite. Her breed is unknown, and her estimated DOB is Jan. 18, 2024. All dog adoptions at the Haven are half-price in June.Adopters can complete the adoption application at www.havenoftheozarks. org/adopt. No appointment needed for adopters.
