Public meeting highlights connection between park, community
About 50 people, including Roaring River State Park personnel, were on hand for the park’s annual public meeting at the Emory Melton Inn & Conference Center on June 5.
Barry Electric hosts 78th Annual Meeting
The Flatlander Mountain Boys performed on Thursday at the Barry Electric Cooperative Annual Meeting. Band members performing bluegrass tunes included, from left, Deven Beckett on vocals and mandolin, Noah Stogdill on guitar and Evan Reed on banjo. The band’s fourth member, Carter Russell, was unable to attend.
