Captain Jim Bradford (retired), age 64, passed away March 9, 2009, at his home near Patterson. He was born November 6, 1944, at Kansas City, Kan., the son of the late Earl Bradford and Nadine (Jordan) Bradford. He had lived in Wayne County for the past 24 years.
