Two men arrested in Arkansas, third in McDonald County

Three men have been arrested in connection to the 1999 death of Seligman 14-year-old Justin Hocutt.

Danny Boyd, Barry County Sheriff, said on Tuesday, Mark Wesley Scott, Bobby Ray Scott, David Ray Scott were arrested on Tuesday, two in Arkansas and one in McDonald County. Boyd said he has submitted recommendations of first-degree murder charges to Barry County Prosecutor Amy Boxx.

Official charges had yet to be posted on Casenet as of Friday afternoon.

A live press conference is scheduled for Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Barry County Sheriff’s Office. More information on this story will be released as it becomes available.
