Howard L. Pilant, 76, of Sedalia, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014. He was born Aug. 4, 1937, the son of Fred and Eva Pilant, of Cassville. In 1955, he married Jane Higgs, of Exeter, and to this union three children were born, Gary, Gale, and Sherry. He later moved to Sedalia, where he married Dianne Draisey, and two children were born to this union, Alicia and Aaron.
