Purdy FFA members Will Henderson, Rosa Schad, Marlene Villa, Carter Keeling, and Brooklyn Bunch earned their State FFA Degree, one of the highest honors the Missouri FFA Association bestows on its members. These students were recognized during the State FFA Convention in Columbia on April 25. Additionally, Gauge Davidson was named the Area 11 Proficiency Winner in Forage Production — an achievement showcasing his hard work and dedication to excellence in agricultural production. “These awards reflect the commitment, leadership, and dedication of these students, as well as the support and guidance provided by FFA Advisor, Jace Rutledge,” a Purdy schools press release said. “Congratulations to all the students and Mr. Rutledge for their outstanding representation of Purdy and the local FFA chapter. We are proud of your achievements and can’t wait to see what you accomplish next.” Contributed photo
