Wyoming woman injured in vehicle incident

A Wyoming woman was injured on June 17 in an incident at 4 a.m. on Highway 39 in Shell Knob.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 50-year-old female, of Evanston, Wy., was driving a 2008 Jeep Wrangler southbound and attempted to park, exiting the vehicle without it being properly placed in park, causing the Jeep to roll back over the woman.

The driver suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
