The Southwest FFA soils team competed May 1 in Oklahoma City, representing the state of Missouri in the annual National Land Contest. More than 700 students representing their states competed. The Southwest team of, from left, Jack Cornell, Colten Phillips, Case Jennings and Aiden Barnett finished with a Reserve National Championship, second place in the nation.
