A Shell Knob juvenile was injured on Saturday in a wreck at 4 p.m. at Elm Lane and Saratoga Lane in Shell Knob.

According to a Missouri state Highway Patrol report, an 11-yearold male was driving a SSR dirt bike westbound when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed in the middle of the roadway.

The juvenile suffered serious injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark.

He was wearing a safety device, and the bike sustained minor damage.
