Glenn Dale “Butcher” Hayworth, 73, of Lamar, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Truman Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Lamar.

He was born Feb. 5, 1949, in Washburn, the son of Vannie and Nellie (Gyles) Hayworth, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were four brothers and one sister.

Survivors include: one brother, Vernon Hayworth and his wife Willa of Bella Vista, Ark.; and one sister, Ruth Roney of Colorado Springs, Colo.

Butcher grew up and lived in this area all of his life.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
