Dalite Dallas Taylor, 70, of Purdy, Mo., passed away on September 17, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Cassville, Mo.

He was born on July 2, 1956, in Nicut, Oklah., to Mun and Maggie (Dillis) Taylor, who preceded him in death. 

He is also preceded in death by his sister Janie Taylor.

Survivors include his wife Karen; one daughter, Jacy Cash and her husband Kyler of Purdy, Mo.; one son, Ridge Privett and his wife Vanessa of Cassville, Mo.; five grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Nofire, Diane Daugherty, and Lou Soap all of Muldrow, Oklah., and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was proud of his Cherokee heritage. He was a member of the Bellefonte Indian Baptist Church.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at White Funeral Home and Crematory. A graveside service will follow immediately at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Butterfield, Mo., with words of comfort provided by John Hile.

Memorials may be made to the family and entrusted to White Funeral Home and Crematory.
