Levina Ruth (Turner) Wolf

Levina Ruth (Turner) Wolf, 82, of Cassville, Mo., passed away Monday, August 3, 2026, at her home.

She was born August 24, 1943, in Portales, N. M., the daughter of Hubert “Jake” and Winnie (Lawrence) Turner, who preceded her in death.. 

Also preceding her in death was her husband, Bill Wolf; brother, Hubert Turner and sister, Dava-Lee Aryan.

Survivors include two sons, Brent Wolf of Cassville, Mo. and Chris Wolf and wife Cindy of Wheaton, Mo.; three daughters, Jackie Brisco and her husband Roger of Cassville, Mo., Dayna Barber and her husband Lance of Cassville, Mo., and Jasmine Manning and her husband Tyler of Tulsa, Okla.; two brothers, Greg Turner of Cassville, Mo. and Gary Turner of Seligman, Mo.; one sister, Roberta Langer of Big Spring, Texas and 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was a 1960 graduate of Cassville High School. 

She was a foster parent for 25 years, taking in 68 children. She was a member of Gunter Methodist Church.

Services were held Friday, August 7, 2026 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Mike Tharp and Pastor Jerry Nickle conducted the services. Burial was at Gunter Cemetery in Butterfield, Mo.
