Meet sweet young Muggsy. Muggsy is a mixed breed with an estimated date of birth Nov. 18, 2025. She is just beginning her journey of discovering what life as a loved puppy should be. After spending the first part of her life chained up, she’s now getting the chance to experience the world with freedom, kindness, and care. Adopters can complete an application at www.havenoftheozarks.org/adopt. No appointment is needed. The Haven is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., seven days a week.
