Meet sweet young Muggsy. Muggsy is a mixed breed with an estimated date of birth 11/18/25. She is just beginning her journey of discovering what life as a loved puppy should be after being chained up the first part of her life. She is incredibly sweet, social, and loves being around people. She’s very attentive, loyal, and clearly wants to please, which will make her a wonderful candidate for training and a deeply devoted companion.
