Baxton Cornell fields a pooch kick and downed at the 32. Wildcats fumble and Seneca scoops it up and takes it all the way back. Indians now lead 14-0 with 6:14 left in 1Q.

Seneca kicker dribbles a bouncer up the middle and Tyler Hodge dives on it to recover at the 43 in the mass of bodies. Cassville run loses 1, pass incomplete to bring third and long, pass incomplete and Wildcats punt to Indians’ 12.

Run gains 2, QB keeps for 7 and Barrientos makes a great tackle saving a big gain, false start makes it third and 6, Indians line up then call a timeout. Itch and cut middle gets first at the 30 and personal foul on Cassville moves it up to the 45. QB gains 2, next run gains 6 to bring third and 8, power run middle gets the first at Cassville’s 40. QB keeps for 7, handoff right gets first at the 29. Run middle gets 7, handoff gets first again at the 16. Runner bounces off a Wildcat and gets down to the 8.

Run gets a first at the 2. Next run reaches the 1, second effort on next run crosses the plane. Seneca leads 20-0 after Wildcats block PAT, 11:04 left in 2Q.

Cornell fields another short kick and returns to the 35. Mason Bryan gains 2, Colton Roark takes the pitch left but downed for 3-yard loss to make it third and 11, throw down the sideline to Roark and it’s called for pass interference to give Cassville first new set of downs, marked at the 49. Stearns keeps the handoff and bursts free down the Seneca sideline for a first at the 7. Delay of game takes it back 5, Roark takes the handoff 12 yards to paydirt and Wildcats are on the board! Seneca keeps lead, 20-7, with 8:41 left in 2Q.

Diego Haros nails kick for a touchback and Indians start at own 20. QB gains 5, handoff middle adds 2 to bring third and 2, QB keeps and dives for first at the 31. Screen pass gains 7, run middle gets first at the 44. Sweep nearly stopped but runner shakes free for 56-yard Indians TD. Seneca now leads 27-7 with 5:52 left in 2Q.

Tristan Thompson fields this pooch and returns to the 37. Roark loses 1. Throw to Carlos Barrientos complete and he pitches to Kamden Beebe for first at the 38. Stearns keeps for 9, pass intercepted and returned to near midfield with block in the back spotting it at the 36.

Handoff gains 9, QB keeps for first at the 50. Run gains 6, QB keeps for 1 to bring third and 3, QB keeps for first at the Cassville 34. Wide receiver left wide open on the sideline and Seneca adds to the lead with a 34-yard touchdown strike. Indians up 34-7 with 1:22 left in 2Q.

Andon Goutney returns pooch kick to the 38. Stearns in the shotgun keeps it for 8, Roark catches a ball, turns and sends a defender skating by, facemask on the tackle gives Wildcats a first at the Indians’ 41. Bryan makes the catch and a man miss to gain 8, Stearns keeps for a gain but holding makes it second and 12 from the 43, Wildcats call timeout with 19 seconds until halftime, Stearns looks to pass but scrambles out of bounds for 7-yard gain to bring third and 5 from the 36, Wildcats use final timeout of the half, Stearns scrambles again and tackled in open field, clock runs out.

Cornell returns second half kickoff to the 35. Roark gains 2, he then takes a pitch to the sideline and goes yards to the house but it’s called back for a hold, still a first down at the 45. Pitch to Roark again gains 2 and he comes up limping, Jason Castleberry catches on a hitch route to gain 5 and bring third and 3, Stearns keeps and spins off a tackle for a first at the Seneca 44. Bredeson catches on the crossing route for a first at the 32. Roark back in takes the pitch for no gain, Barrientos catches for first at the 20. Hughes goes up the gut for 9, then again for a first at the 5. Fumble and Stearns recovers at the 6, Hughes punches his way to paydirt to cut Seneca lead to 34-14 with 6:44 left in 3Q.

Sneaky onside kick by Cassville nearly recovered, but Seneca comes up with it at its own 48. Jet sweep gets free for first at the Cassville 22. Handoff left gains first, personal foul moves it to the 4. Run gets to the half-yard mark, Seneca scores from there. Indians now lead 40-14 after Wildcats stop screen pass on 2-point attempt, 5:42 left in 3Q.

Indians kick to Cornell again and he returns to the Cassville 37. Roark catches for gain of 9, Hughes gets the first at the 49. Stearns hit as he throws and it’s incomplete, false start takes it back 5, Stearns rolls out and hits Barrientos on the sideline for gain of 9, pass incomplete to bring fourth and 6, pass to Roark on target but batted away and Wildcats turn ball over on downs at the Seneca 47.

Run gains 3, then a first at the Cassville 42. QB keeps for first at the 24. Run gains 3, then loses 2 to bring third and 9, false start takes it back 5, jet sweep gets 3 to bring fourth and 11, pass complete at the sticks and measurement rules it a first by a nose at the 19.

Run gains 3, next one held at line to bring third and 7, QB keeps for 5 to bring fourth and 2, run middle gets first at the 6. Run gets none, then to the 1 and Seneca scores again to extend lead to 47-14 with 8:43 to play.

Goutney fields pooch and steps out at own 36. Beebe gains 6, then 1 to bring third and 3, pass to Roark in the flat read by the corner and picked off at the 40.

Run loses 1, then gains it back to bring third and 10, long pass caught but Goutney cracks the receiver and pops it loose and incomplete, fourth and long pass complete for first at the Cassville 20. Run gains 8, next one gets 1 to bring third and 1, Sky Yang hits the QB and he loses 9 to make it fourth and 10, 37-yard field goal try goes wide left and Cassville takes over at own 20.
