The following CHS softball players have earned Softball Academic All State Honors, front row, from left: Kierstan Fare, Nevaeh Johnson, Tyra Sturgell and Tomi Blankenship. Back row: Alex Holycross, Madison Yockey, Brianna Still, Addy Ramaeker and Briley Artherton. The Missouri High School Fastpitch Coaches Association (MHSFCA) establishes the criteria for this recognition. To qualify, an athlete must be a varsity letter winner and maintain an unweighted GPA between 3.7 and 4.0 following the 2025 fall semester. In addition, the team earned the Academic All-State Team Award. This honor is awarded to teams that achieve an average team GPA of at least 3.3 following the fall semester. The Lady Wildcats surpassed that mark with a team GPA of 3.7. "Congratulations to our Academic All State award winners," said Jordan Savage, Cassville softball coach. "I am extremely proud of them. I also am extremely proud that as a team we qualified for an Academic All State Team Award. I believe this shows the level of dedication this group of girls has to both their sport and more importantly their academic success." Contributed photo
