Meet Phil! He’s a very adorable and energetic boy. Phil is very friendly and social and is a family dog. He likes other pups but wants to play and rough house, so a playful dog sibling will be the best match. Phil loves toys, is active, smart, and responds very well to instruction. He is extremely trainable. Phil is likely a cattle dog and can be a little mouthy, so he probably isn’t a good choice for small children at this point. Phil’s estimated date of birth is June 2, 2024, and his weight is about 45 pounds. Phil says “no thank you to cats.” Adopters can complete an application at www.havenoftheozarks.org/adopt.
