Hughes tackles for loss of 1, crossing route connects for 57-yard touchdown to knot the game at 7-7 with 11:10 left in 2Q.

Roark takes a bouncing kickoff against the grain 80 yards untouched to the house. Wildcats regain lead 14-7 with 10:58 left in 2Q.

Nevada returns to own 31. Double handoff crunched this time by Ethan Sizemore and Zach Myers but gains 2, Tigers receiver wide open in the middle and pass complete for first down at Cassville’s 38. QB rushed and pass incomplete, run gains first at the 27. Run gains 3, pass into end zone incomplete to bring third and 7, toss right gets a first at the 12. QB keeps and is nailed by Norris for loss of a yard, QB keeps again and gains 5 to bring third and 6, run left makes it fourth and 3 from the 5-yard line, Hughes leads a pack of Wildcats to make the stop at the 6 to take over on downs.

Bryan gains 2, false start moves it back to the 4, Stearns gets loose to gain 6 and bring third and 5, pitch left to Roark close to a first and hold takes it back and forces third and 10, Stearns fakes pass and goes left did a first at the 17. Roark brings down seemingly impossible catch in double coverage for a first at the 40. Hughes gains 3, Stearns goes to pass and hit from the backside for loss of 4, Cassville takes timeout with 1:48 left in 2Q, third and 11 pass to Bryan incomplete, Wildcats punt to Nevada’s 15.

Runner breaks right and gains first at the 48. Pass incomplete, pass complete and Roark lays a massive hit after gain of 2, Tigers call a timeout with 59 seconds until half, runner gains first at the 34. Pass incomplete, run gets 2 to force third and 8 and Tigers take another timeout, run gains a first at the 22. False start takes it back 5, end zone pass just beats the coverage and Nevada scores 27-yard TD to tie game again at 14-14 with 14 seconds left in 2Q.

Low kick downed by Kellen Weldy at own 38. Beebe bulldozes up the middle for gain of 7 and Wildcats call timeout with 2 seconds until half, short crossing pass to Roark complete but stopped and clock expires.

Squib kick caught at the 44 by Tyler Hodge. Fumble on the play covered by Bryan for loss of 3, Hughes run gains 3 to bring third and 10, pass to Roark overthrown and picked at the Nevada 12.

Run gains first at the 29. Middle run gains 1, handoff right gets first at the 40. QB keeper stuffed for loss of 1, next run also stopped quic for no gain to make it third and 11, run right gains a few but holding forces third and 19, reverse snuffed out after gain of 1 to bring fourth and long, Nevada lines up as if to run a play but punts to Cassville 20 nearly halfway through 3Q.

Beebe picks up 1, Stearns scrambles for a first at the 31. Pitch left to Beebe gains big to Tigers 22. Hughes gains 3, false start takes it back 5, Beebe goes up middle for 10 to bring third and 2, Stearns keeps left for a first at the 11. Beebe gets 2, Roark gets a couple but holding makes it second and 18, pass to corner of the end zone to Roark in double coverage seemed incomplete but the senior comes up with it for a 19-yard touchdown to give Cassville its third lead of the game at 21-14 with 1:43 left in 3Q.

Tigers return to own 40. Run right gains 5, Bryan stuffs run for loss of 1, then tackles again on gain of 5 to make it fourth and 1.

END 3Q: Cassville 21, Nevada 14

Wildcats get the stop and take over at Nevada 49. Hughes gains 3, Bryan carries for 3 more to bring third and 4, Bredeson makes the hitch route catch wide left at the sticks for a first down at the 38. Bryan gains 1, false start takes it back 5, Stearns keeps for gain of 1 to make it third and 13, Bryan spins away from a tackle and gains just 3 to bring fourth and long from the 38, high punt bounces backward and downed at the Nevada 16.

Toss left gains 5, toss right gets free for first at the 39. Swing pass gains a bunch but the play is called back for a hold to make it first and 5, swing pass the other way gets a first at the 49. Run gets 2, next one adds 2 more to force third and 6, pass complete and stopped all the way at the 1-yard line. RB dives in from there to score. Cassville encroaches on the PAT and Nevada sets up to kick but calls a timeout to think about it. Tigers stick with going for 1 and it sinks off the left upright. Wildcats retain lead 21-20 with 4:05 left to play.

Barrientos dives on the inside kick at the 49. Beebe gets 2, Hughes goes up middle for a first at the 41. Beebe gains 3 as clock rolls close to 2 minutes left, Beebe punches through a tackle for a first at the 27 and Tigers take second timeout with 1:59 remaining. Beebe carries again and holding called to make it first and 19, Roark takes the toss left for 10, handoff to Beebe gains 2 to bring third and 7, Nevada takes final timeout with 59 seconds left, pitch left to Roark gains 1 to bring fourth and 6 as Coach Weldy positions to take timeout with 14 seconds to play, fade to Mace Bredeson is complete for 24-yard touchdown pass to put Wildcats up 27-20 after missed PAT and only 9 seconds to play.
