In November of 1984, Matt Vincent of Bristow, Okla., asked Dorinda Hendrix, of Tulsa, Okla., for her hand in marriage. The couple was united in marriage on June 8, 1985, at Central Assembly of God in Tulsa, Okla., with Dorinda’s, grandparents Reverend G.A. Brannan and Reverend Mildred Brannan, officiating. They will be celebrating 40 years of marriage this year. In 1987, they welcomed their first child, Mitchell, and in 1991, their second child, Gabrielle, was born. They lived in Oklahoma and Texas before moving to Missouri in 1995. Today, they have 7 grandchildren: Drake, Dayton, Mason, Malachi, Brooklyn, Daniel and Jamie, and one great-grandson, Ryker.
