Teresa “Tessa” Rich, 51, from Washburn, Mo., passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mo.

She was born on December 14, 1973, to Clifford and Joyce (Bowens) Hall in Fort Hood, Texas.

She coached soccer at the YMCA for her son and nieces. She contributed to raising her nieces and nephews, and many of them referred to her as Momma T.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph Rich; one son, Joseph Rich III of Washburn, Mo.; one daughter, Chloe Rich of Bentonville, Ark.; two grandchildren Morgan and Luna; two step daughters, Mariah Crow of Little Rock, Ark., and Sierra Crow of Edmond, Okla.; her mother, Joyce Hall; four sisters, Gina Heath of Indianapolis, Ind., Melisa Arnold of Washburn, Mo., Michelle Barker of Springdale, Ark., and Jennifer Sponseller of Springfield, Mo.; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Preceding her in death was father Clifford Hall.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home and Crematory.

Memorials may be made to the Butterfly Palace in Branson, Mo. and entrusted to White Funeral Home and Crematory in Cassville, Mo.
