Thelma is a brown and white mixed breed/hound dog. Her date of birth is July 15m 2022. Thelma tends to be on the shy, cautious side so far at the shelter but warms up to people quickly. Come out and meet Thelma so she can find her calm and happy place in a home. The Haven is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., seven days a week.
