SKITS play runs this weekend

The Shell Knob In The Spotlight (SKITS) community theater group is performing another engaging comedic play, “Mission Possible,” a theatrical spoof on classic spies of film and television, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

A large cast of colorful characters brings to life a funny, inventive group of personalities, including James Blond, Maxwell Sharp, Agent 98.6, Penny Shilling and Kitty Galore, just to name a few, and, of course, the diabolical Silverthumb, arch-villain and the leader of D.O.O.M.

Cast aside the hustle and bustle of every day life and join the fun of this most in-spy-ering laugh-a-minute theatrical parody, ¨Mission Possible.”

Tickets are on sale at shellknobspotlight.com, or at the door, for $10 each. The play will be presented at the Central Community United Methodist Church, located at 25682 Hwy. YY in Shell Knob Show times are Friday and Saturday at 6:30 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m.
