Sylvia Lugenia Stigall, 79, of Exeter, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. She was born March

She was born March 27, 1943, in Chattanooga, Tenn., the daughter of Robert and Ada (Dallis) Stigall, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were two brothers and one sister.

Survivors include: one brother, Anthony Stigall and his wife Lydia of Stonecrest, Ga.

She grew up and attended school in Chattanooga, Tenn., graduating from Howard High School. She worked for the United States Postal Service in the human resources department from where she retired. She was a member of The Davidian Seventh Day Adventist at Bashan Hill in Exeter.

Services were held at 10:30 a.m. June 15, at The Davidian Seventh Day Adventist in Exeter, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Trevor Bingham conduct ed the services. Burial was at Bashan Hill Cemetery in Exeter.
