An Eagle Rock man was injured in a wreck on Thursday at 11:02 a.m. on Highway 37 in Cassville near Tudor Street.

Pair charged with attempted murder
Two Barry County residents are facing attempted murder charges after allegedly beating a victim with a hand gun. Jason Swift, 40, and Sarena Tucker, 36, both of Cassville, are each charged with first-degree assault (effectively attempted murder in Missouri), armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm.

A new attraction will open in 2023 near Cassville, inspired by the natural beauty and tourism at Roaring River State Park. James and Shannon Beemer, owners of Zone 4 Mini Golf & More, said the new mini golf course, which features the longest hole in the world, will open on March 1, 2023.
