The Soroptimist Club of Barry County has selected Teresa Phillips as the 2026 recipient of the club's Ruby Award. This award is given annually to recognize a non-Soroptimist woman who has made extraordinary efforts to improve the lives of women and girls in Barry County. She was selected to receive this award based on her leadership and commitment to literacy and lifelong learning through her work within the Community Care Coalition in Barry County.
