The following CHS football players have earned Football Academic All State Honors, from left: Kamden Beebe, Andon Goutney, Tristan Thompson, Gunner Knight, Sky Yang, Harley Madison and Preston Driskill. Academic All-State Football honors student-athletes who excel both on the field and in the classroom. Nominees must be a starter on offense/defense or be a punter or kicker in 70% of games, be in grades 10-12 and be nominated by their head coach. In addition, players must meet at least two of the following: a 25 or higher ACT score (or 1200 SAT), a 3.5 unweighted GPA or ranking in the top 20% of their class. Contributed photo
