Staff promotions announced at Security Bank of Southwest Missouri

Security Bank of Southwest Missouri has announced several staff promotions, recognizing the experience, dedication, and leadership of team members across multiple departments, a bank press release said..
Morgan Mitchell has been promoted to Consumer Loan Officer. Mitchell has been with Security Bank since 2023 and brings more than five years of banking experience to her new role.
Nicole Howe has been promoted to Teller Supervisor and Bank Secrecy Act Officer. howe has more than 10 years of banking experience and will help lead front-line operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Annette Williamson will be taking on an expanded role within the bank’s Operations Department, in addition to her current responsibilities in New Accounts. Williamson brings more than 20 years of banking experience to the position.
Sharllana Gonzales has been named Electronic Data Processing Department Supervisor. Gonzales has been a valued member of the Security Bank team for more than 10 years.
Andrea Blankenship has been named the bank’s Internal Auditor. Blankenship brings more than 10 years of banking experience to her new role.
