The Generations Project is preparing for setting up a store room, called The Store; a community room; a jobs center; a laundry room; and the Rec Yard Community Garden. The facility, located at the old Barry County jail on East Sixth Street, is also accepting donations of formal wear for high school students to access affordable homecoming or prom dresses. The pantry is open from 12-5 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays. Carrie Beck, Generations Project manager, said the hours are opposite of the Cassville Pantry on West 10th Street.
