A Clever man was injured in a wreck at 10:50 a.m. on Sept. 25 on Route EE, one mile east of Highway 39 at Jenkins.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 47-yearold male, of Clever, was riding a 2012 KTM motorcycle eastbound when his vehicle struck a dog in the road and crashed.

The driver suffered serious injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.

He was wearing a safety device, and the motorcycle sustained minor damages.
