Beverly Jean “Bev” Heaton, 83, of Seligman, Mo. passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025, at her home.

She was born in Loveland, Colo., on September 8, 1941, the daughter of Harold and Helen Virginia (Allen) Summers, who preceded her in death.

Also preceding her in death was her husband, Jimmy Heaton, Sr; son, Jimmy Heaton, Jr. and two brothers, Dennis Summers and Gary Summers.

Survivors include three sons, Ronnie Heaton and his wife Susan of Sacramento, Calif., Terry Heaton of Greely, Colo., and Cary Yeck and his wife Leesa of Placerville, Calif.; two daughters, Penny Pride and her husband Joe of Seligman, Mo. and Sandy Marquard of Greely, Colo.; three brothers, Lonnie Elliott of Seligman, Mo., Larry Elliott of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Lyndell Elliott of Fort Collins, Colo., and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She grew up and attended school in Loveland, Colo.

She was employed by Walmart as an assembler in the warehouse for 30 years from where she retired. She and Jimmy moved here in 1983 from Aurora, Colo.

Private services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
