The 7th Street Bridge has been paved and is near opening. A ribbon cutting for the bridge will be held on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. The new bridge, replacing the old structure washed out in 2017, was built by Hartman and Company at a cost of $738,000. Kyle Troutman/[email protected]
