William “Eugene” Haase, 67, of Wheaton, Mo. passed away Monday, March 9, 2026 at his home.

He was born September 26, 1958 in Joplin, Mo., the son of William Andrew and Waunetta (Endicott) Haase, who preceded him in death. 

Also preceding him in death was his wife, Doris Pierce; daughter, Chasity Donica; grandsons, Chevy Babb and Allen Donica; brothers, Ed, Donnie, J.D., Danny, and Charles and sisters, Barbara, Doris, Pat, and Alice.

Survivors include his sons, Andy Haase of Wheaton, Luke Haase of Wheaton and Cody Haase and Nancy of Wheaton; daughters, Melissa Hunsaker and Leland of Pryor, Okla., Kim Crow and Daniel of Pryor, Okla., Sam Babb and Ben of Cassville and Nikki Haase of Wheaton; 13 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

He attended school in McDonald County, Mo. He owned and operated Haase Masonry for 30 years and took great pride in his work. 

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton. Pastor Hap Anders will conduct the services. Burial will be at Muncie Chapel Cemetery in Wheaton, Mo.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. until service time Wednesday at McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton.
