Coy Cummins, 79, of Cassville, Mo., passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Cassville. 

He was born April 30, 1946, in Cordell, Okla., to Andrew and Ritta (Bruner) Cummins, who preceded him in death.

Also preceding him in death was his wives, Phyllis Cline and Terry Boucher; two brothers; and four sisters.

Survivors include his wife Linda Hayden; one son, Casey Cummins of Cassville, Mo.; two daughters, Leslie Owens and her husband Jim of Joplin, Mo. and Jocelyn Cummins-Goodrich and her husband Bubba of Omaha, Neb,; seven grandchildren; one brother, Frank Cummins of Douglas, Ariz.

He proudly served his country in the United States Army, and he was the longtime owner of Anita’s Pizza, which he operated for 25 years. 

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 1:00 pm at White Funeral Home and Crematory, a visitation will be held two hours prior to service time.

Memorials may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation and entrusted to White Funeral Home and Crematory.
