Ronald Farley Hampshire “Cowboy,” 60, of Exeter, Mo., passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at his home.

He was born August 8, 1965, in New London, Wis., the son of Wood and Lida (Fredrick) Hampshire, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were his son, Billy Wood Hampshire and sisters, Sharon Gowenda and Jane Deeg.

Survivors include his son, Tyler of Texas; daughters, Staci of Ark., Kylie of Tenn., and Tara “Mugwamp” and Emma both of Mo.; brothers, Vaughn, Dean, Loran, Harlan and Donald all of Wis.; sisters, Janis, Sandra and Rhonda all of Wis., Diane of Okla., and Kelly of Ark., and numerous grandchildren.

He attended school in Wis. He had lived in this area since 1989 and was employed as a heavy equipment operator for several years.

Private services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
