A Cassville woman was struck by a vehicle at 732 a.m. on Oct. 20 on Highway 37, two miles north of Butterfield.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, A 25-year-old Cassville woman was driving a 2007 Dodge Durango that had broken down and was parked facing south. While the woman was standing outside of her vehicle, a southbound 2018 Chrysler 300, being driven by a 27-yearold male, of Pierce City, struck the vehicle and the woman.

The woman sustained minor injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital in Aurora. The driver of the Chrysler was not injured.

The Chrysler driver was wearing a safety device, and both vehicles were totaled.
