CS Bank adds 2 to Board of Directors in Southwest Missouri

Charlie Cross, Chief Executive Officer, CS Bank, has announced the appointment of two new board members for the growing bank’s Cassville/ Southwest Missouri market.

Angela Artherton and Mike Clifton were recently tapped to serve on the company’s Advisory Board of Directors.

Artherton, a local attorney in Cassville, where she resides with her husband Jason and two children, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas Law School and previously practiced law with Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard P.L.L.C and Eldredge & Clark, LLP before opening her own practice in Cassville.

Clifton, a 38-year resident of Barry County, is the owner and operator of Mike’s Auto Care in Cassville, which he started five years ago after a 33-year career with Ford Motor. Clifton and his wife of 36 years, Leigh Ann, have three daughters and six grandchildren and reside in Cassville. ‘We are thrilled to add Angela and Mike to our bank’s board of directors in Southwest Mis s o u r i and look forward to their affiliation for many years to come,’ Cross said. ‘Adding individuals of their caliber who are invested and engaged in the local community is the driving force behind our bank’s continued growth and success.
