Shirley Ann McKinley, 86 of Anderson, Mo., passed away peacefully Friday, June 6, 2025, at McDonald County Living Center in Anderson, Mo.

She was born on September 5, 1938, in Shell Knob, Mo. to Jessie Clarence and Sally (Mahurin) Mitchell, who preceded her in death.

Also preceding her in death was her first husband, Billie D. Poe; her second husband, Merle McKinley; one daughter, Rhonda Poe; one granddaughter, Natasha Williams and ten siblings.

Survivors include two sons, Scott Poe of Pineville, Mo. and Randy Poe and his wife Ginger of Rocky Comfort, Mo.; one daughter, Debra King and her husband Ed of Neosho, Mo.; one grandchild, six great grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

She grew up and attended school in Stella, Mo. She dedicated many years as a Quality Control Inspector at FASCO Industries in Cassville, Mo. She served as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing care and comfort to those in need. She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Wheaton, Mo.

Graveside services were held Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at Macedonia Cemetery in Stella, Mo. under direction of McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton, Mo. Reverend Kenneth Carney conducted the services.
